University prize success for HMC students

2022-23 has been another year of academic success for Harris Manchester students. Among those achieving top results, the following were awarded prizes by the University:

  • Steve Allsopp (Psychology) - Congratulatory First
  • Jonathan Cheung (Philosophy and Theology) – Faculty Prize for best Prelims performance
  • Joe Foye (Jurisprudence) - Law Faculty’s D’Souza Prize for best overall performance in 2nd BA Law, (incidentally, funded by HMC alumnus Aaron D’Souza!)
  • William Kitchen (Jurisprudence) – Falcon Chambers Prize for Land Law and Faculty Prize for Constitutional Law
  • Ting Ming Neo (Economics and Management) -  Said Foundation Prize for best performance in Entrepreneurship

My colleagues and I are enormously proud of our students’ success. Harris Manchester has one of the smaller undergraduate populations in Oxford, so to see our students holding their own – and coming out on top – in the much larger University pool is extremely gratifying. This is a testament to the high academic standards of Harris Manchester students and those who teach them.
