Moyra, Lady Bannister

The Principal and Fellows of Harris Manchester are sorry to hear of the death on 4 November of Moyra, Lady Bannister, Honorary Fellow of the College.
 
An accomplished painter, Lady Bannister trained at the Ruskin School of Art in Oxford, and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, DC. The College is proud to have examples of her work in its art collection.  Along with her late husband, Sir Roger, Lady Bannister was a great supporter of the College during its fledgling years as a constituent institution of the University of Oxford. She was elected an Honorary Fellow in 2018.
 
The College extends its condolences to her children Erin, Clive, Thurstan and Charlotte, and to all her family and friends.
