Hayley J Hooper is a Law Tutor at Harris Manchester College and an Associate Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. She is also affiliated with the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. Hayley holds degrees from the University of Glasgow and the University of Oxford.
